Hello Jayne - I may not be understanding your question, however, the end of this article does refer to the original Ordinance 2021-24 that was approved by the Town Council on 16 March 2022. There was also a subsequent update to the original Ordinance that was passed by the Town Council on 16 November 2022. The latter included updates to the permit application requirements (section §113.05), permit revocation conditions (section §113.08), and penalties for operating without a permit (section §113.12).
